idiot posting avi on this site - I need help

hello,
patrickmiami has tried to help me & told me that;

to be sure of your link (when sharing as you do now on this file)
- go to your tab "Shared Files" look at the details and eD2K Links; the phpBB URL - tags style look like this;
10 Rillington Place.avi 10 Rillington Place.avi  [700.01 Mb]

However when I do this the dots from STF are there and my file details look like this;
10.Rillington.Place.(1971).DVDRip.XviD.avi  [700.01 Mb]
when I remove the dots... or when I add %20 you can no longer add link to eMule
I read the rules and searched the site but no posting for dummies anywhere to be found
How do I get the spaces instead of dots or view phpBB url tags, my file details always have dots?
If a movie has English as audio 2 can I post it?
Can I post mkv?

Ok - so let's see :

1 - the ed2k link name problem
So your link is like this :
10.Rillington.Place.(1971).DVDRip.XviD.avi  [700.01 Mb]

but you don't want the dots & other stuff... so you need to rename your file BEFORE you post it here.
So go to the "shared files" tab, right click on the file you want to share, select "rename" & change the name to whatever you want


2 - If your movie as english as audio 2, you can post it yes...
But it will have to be posted in the Foreign sub section (if there is one)

3 - Can you post .mkv files ? Yes of course you can - you can post any format you want : just make sure it's in the right section & is labelled properly
